FILOTEA is a small company, situated in the heart of Marche region, which produces pasta according to local traditions. Achieving excellent flavour is FILOTEA’s top priority and, for this reason, the production of pasta is not only based on meticulous processing methods, but also on the careful monitoring of all the preparation phases, starting from the choice of flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. 

Why choose FILOTEA? Because it’s unique and different from any other pasta; it’s made using a mixture of flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Because it’s dried very slowly at a low temperature. Because it has a rough texture and an extraordinary capacity of absorbing sauces. Because our pasta has very short cooking times. Because it tastes like fresh homemade pasta, but as it is dry, it has a shelf-life of 2 years. Because it’s light and easy to digest.
