You agree to be bound to these Terms, in their entirety, when you (1) use, access, or visit the Site; (2) purchase or receive any products listed on our Site “Boxes,” offered through the Site, any third party retailer, online or e-commerce platform; (4) listen to, access, or view any text, audio, video, graphics, or other content featured on the Site; (5) access links to view Food Accademia Dinner Box social media pages or accounts on third party social media websites, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and LinkedIn (“Social Media”).

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Site, order, receive or use any of our Products.
You should understand that by ordering any of our Products you agree to be bound by these Terms. You should also carefully review our Privacy Policy before placing an order for Products or services through this Site. These Terms may be amended or updated by Food Accademia from time to time without notice. You should visit this page periodically to review these Terms and it is your responsibility to review these Terms for any changes. Your use after any amendments or updates of these Terms shall signify your acceptance of such revised Terms. Any new features that may be added to this Site from time to time will be subject to these Terms.

In these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” “our,” and similar expressions refer to Food Accademia srl, an Italian company, whose head office address is at Via Longhin 1, 31100 Treviso, VAT 04843330269, REA TV – 402867.
The following General Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.foodaccademia.it ("Site") between Food Accademia srl ​​and the final consumer.

1. General information / Our commercial policy
Food Accademia srl ​​offers selected products for sale on foodaccademia.it, carrying out its wholesale (B2B) and retail (B2C) e-commerce activity. Subjects with a VAT number who intend to have an invoice must request it, indicating all the data at the time of the order.

These Sale General Conditions regulate the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on foodaccademia.it.
We are not responsible for any software errors and each sale is electronically regulated. foodaccademia.it reserves the right to check every transaction moved on the site, ensuring maximum transparency and the right to cancel the transaction; all payment methods are safe and secure.

Following the orders sent by the Customer and correctly received and accepted by Food Accademia srl ​​with this contract, Food Accademia srl ​​sells these products to the Customer who pays the price displayed on the Site.

The e-commerce activity is aimed exclusively at end users of age; therefore, to proceed with the purchase it is necessary to declare to be of age.
The products will remain property of Food Accademia srl ​​until the customer has paid the purchase price, any shipping costs and any other additional costs, as indicated in the purchase order and according to the methods set out in next point.

2. How to order and conclude the sales contract
The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price, the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the methods of delivery of the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs, a reference to the conditions for claiming your right of withdrawal and the methods and times for returning the purchased products.
The contract must be considered concluded when we receive your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the Sale General Conditions and the Information on the right of withdrawal.
The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case in accordance with the law.
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any data entry errors and to confirm if you need an invoice.
The languages ​​available to conclude the contract are Italian and English.
Once the contract is concluded, foodaccademia.it will process your purchase order.
We may not process your purchase orders that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of products.
In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone through our Customer Service, that the contract is not concluded and we have not been able to process your purchase order specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on foodaccademia.it are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or when the order form is sent, we will notify you, promptly and in any case within ten (10 ) days starting from the day following the one in which you have sent us your order, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding of the order form and payment of the price, we will refund the amount already paid by you.
By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these Sale General Conditions in your relations with us. If you do not agree with some of the terms indicated in the Sale General Conditions, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on foodaccademia.it.
By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the Sale General Conditions and the additional information contained in foodaccademia.it, also referred to via links, including the Privacy and the information on the right of withdrawal.
Once the contract is concluded, we will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and a detailed indication of the price, means of payment and delivery costs.

3. Product description, features and prices
On foodaccademia.it are offered for sale only high-quality products selected by us and purchased directly from producers who represent some of the Italian excellence. We do not brand the products offered but, on the contrary, we want the brands to be highly visible to guarantee the quality offered.
The products are strictly original and any product or company mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners or holders and may be protected by patents and / or copyrights.

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on foodaccademia.it, within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on foodaccademia.it however, may not correspond to the real ones due to the browser and monitor used.

The prices of the products presented are expressed in euros and include VAT but may be subject to updates. Make sure of the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.

4. Shipping costs
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

How much are the shipping costs in Italy?
Shipments are free throughout Italy, islands included for orders over € 99,00. For lower orders you will be asked for a cost contribution of 8.50 Euros.

Can I ship abroad?
Yes, please check the order form with Int.l details. The amount of shipping costs is always indicated and visible at the time of the purchase process. Shipping costs and any other additional costs, inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euro (€), will be expressly and separately indicated in the order form before you proceed with the transmission of the same, as well as in the e-mail of acceptance of the order from Food Accademia Dinner Box.
The price of the products published on the Site may be changed without notice, it being understood that the price charged to you will be the one indicated on the product sheet at the time of your order.

5. Terms of payment
Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
If for any cause or reason your payment is refused, we will be forced to refuse your purchase order, notifying you by e-mail.
The debit of the amount due, as resulting from the purchase order sent by you and accepted by us, is made at the end of the purchase procedure only after the verification of your credit card data and the release of the authorization to charge by the issuing company of the credit card used by you.

6. Shipping Policy
Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please note when buying.

Our main need is to safeguard the product offered by its perfect conservation and integrity during the trip. The time frame for order delivery concluded with electronic payment (Credit card – Paypal) is divided into two parts:

  • processing time: order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment centre for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • once your order is dispatched, depending on your country & region, the estimated delivery time is between 4 (four) business days for deliveries in Italy and 10 (ten) working days for deliveries abroad. Please consider any holidays or other factors that might impact delivery times. Any Customs costs will be your responsibility.

How do I know that my order has been successful?
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your order. In case you do not receive the email, make sure it has not ended up in the Junk Mail folder. For any need you can contact us at +39 (0422 545019) or write to info@foodaccademia.it

Delivery is understood to be carried out when the ordered goods come into your possession. If these terms cannot be respected (eg: products not in stock), we undertake to notify you in the greatest timeliness to warn you and report when the goods can be delivered.

If you have further questions, don't bother contacting us.

7. Goods damaged upon delivery
It is a good idea to always carefully check the package upon delivery and, if possible, open it in the presence of the courier's representative. At this stage you must always report any anomalies found in the packaging and possibly also in the contents in the delivery note. If parcels are delivered by the courier damaged, broken or stained by any product leakage, you are required to reject the shipment, expressly indicating the relative reason on the courier's delivery form.
In the event that the shipment is more than one package and not all of them are damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery and reject the shipment of the damaged package only, by signing the courier delivery form "With Reserve" and indicating the number of damaged and returned packages.
We will take care of returning the shipment via the courier, at no additional cost to you.
If it was not possible to verify the integrity of the goods at the time of collection, take action: unpack the package and document the operations with photos or videos, in the event of damage it will be easier to demonstrate the responsibility of the carrier.
The damaged product will be replaced by us at no cost to you, within 15 (fifteen) working days from delivery.
If the product to be replaced is out of stock, you will be contacted promptly by our Customer Care to alternatively agree on the replacement with another product of equal value, or to obtain a refund of the price paid, which we will provide within 10 (ten) working days.
The shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to Food Accademia srl, for the return of the replacement products to you or any costs for the reimbursement of the price are at our expense.
In the event of returns or disputes, the responsibility of Food Accademia srl, in any case, cannot exceed the total value of the purchase order.

8. Refund Policy
Returns and replacement of defected goods.

In case you find a defect in the item or in the items delivered, you have to inform us promptly by mail at info@foodaccademia.it notifying the problem and specifying your name, order number, defect detailed description, attaching photos showing the reasons of your claim, as well as to make the product deemed defective available to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will proceed to verify the claimed defects and, if you are approved, then the item will be replaced with a new one or, in the event that the products initially requested by you were out of stock, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days from the receipt of our authorization communication. We replace the defective product or products at our own expense and bear the costs of the return.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Should you receive from the courier a package that is damaged or stained by product leaking from any damaged boxes, we invite you to reject the shipment. In this case, we take care of the return of the shipment. All the costs of returning the damaged package and the subsequent costs for the possible new shipment of the product, in the shortest possible time, are naturally borne by us.
To return your product, you should post your product to: Food Accademia srl, Via Longhin 1, 31100 Treviso- Italy.

9. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on foodaccademia.it
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by submitting any explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, via e-mail info@foodaccademia.it or by ordinary mail to Food Accademia srl, Via Longhin 1, 31100 Treviso, Italy, to the kind attention of our Customer Service.
In this case, you will have to return the Food Accademia srl ​​products within 14 days from when you received the products.
The only expenses you will have to bear are those of returning the purchased products.

In addition to compliance with the terms and methods described above, the right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully met:

- the Withdrawal Form must be correctly completed and sent to us within 14 days of receipt of the products using the following scheme which is reproduced here as required by current regulations:

- the products must not have been used, opened, damaged or removed the guarantee seal;

- the products must be returned in their original packaging;

If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, we will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products.

The sums will be reimbursed as soon as possible and, in any case, within thirty (30) days from the date on which the exercise of the right of withdrawal was communicated to us we will activate the refund procedures, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid.

Pursuant to art. 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale relates to tailor-made or customized products.

10. Exclusion of liability in case of force majeure
In case of impediments to delivery due to force majeure, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the delay in delivery times.
Food Accademia srl ​​cannot be held responsible in any way for the non-fulfillment of any of the obligations deriving from these Conditions of Sale in the event that the non-fulfillment is due to unforeseeable circumstances and / or facts of third parties and / or causes force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorist acts, network malfunctions or blackouts.

11. Suspension of service
Food Accademia srl ​​reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior communication, the provision of the Services for the time strictly necessary for the technical interventions necessary and / or appropriate to improve the quality of the same Services.

Food Accademia srl ​​may, at any time, interrupt the provision of the Service if there are justified reasons of security or breaches of confidentiality, in this case notifying the user.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Food Accademia srl ​​is not responsible in case of damage, of any kind, deriving from the use of the product in an improper way and / or not in compliance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.

The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce.

In the event of disputes between Food Accademia srl ​​and each end user relating to the regulatory interpretation and the conditions described here, the competent court will be that of Treviso.

13. Contents and intellectual rights
All the material on the site is the property of foodaccademia.it; photos, texts, documents, graphics, layouts, menus and anything else that is part of design, communication and textual material cannot be reproduced, copied, modified or used for commercial or advertising purposes.

The brands treated are the owners of their respective manufacturers and, where present, photos and descriptions are copyrighted by the respective manufacturer.

14. Modification and updating
The Sale General Conditions are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new Sale General Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on foodaccademia.it
The customer is invited to periodically check for such updates and changes.

15. Legal Warranty
The products offered on the Site comply with the national and community legislation in force in Italy and covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided for by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code ("Legal Guarantee"). Parts subject to wear are not guaranteed if the damage is attributable to normal use.
If you want to take advantage of the guarantee on a purchased product, simply contact our Customer Service.
The legal guarantee lasts n. 2 (two) years from the delivery of the goods and must be asserted by the Customer within n. 2 (two) months from the discovery of the defect.

In case of lack of conformity of the purchased products with respect to the description published on the Site, the buyer has the right to replace or repair the same, without any additional expense, where this is possible in relation to the number of products still available for sale and unless the replacement or repair is not excessively burdensome for Food Accademia srl ​​in consideration of the value that the asset would have, if there were no lack of conformity, and the extent of this defect. Alternatively, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract. In case of termination of the contract, Food Accademia srl ​​will refund the price paid by the user, in addition to the shipping costs. The refund amount will be communicated to the customer by e-mail and credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase. The customer must agree with the Customer Service of Food Accademia srl ​​the methods of shipping the goods.

The conventional guarantees relating to the products sold are those provided directly by the manufacturer. Food Accademia srl ​​is not responsible, neither towards third parties nor towards the customer, for any damage or loss of what it sold and which occurred due to manufacturing defects. Under the terms of the warranty, these responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
